USED Mantua HO Scale, 40' Steel Box Car, Pennsylvania PRR #46100

Missing a few steps, missing the brake wheel, it was upgraded with gearboxes and plastic couplers, but it was done poorly with a lot of glue visible. It may need to be redone, along with needing new couplers. Extra weights added inside of the car. Visible scratches/scuffs. Will require some cleaning.
